Our MINIMUM Charge for Commission work is $450.00 Plus Metal and gem stones.
Fluctuations in Gold, gemstone and diamond prices require our quotes are to be valid for 1 week unless another valid date is given in your emailed quote.
For special orders, a 75% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Unfortunately, this money cannot be returned once the order is placed, even if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. Balance is to be paid when custom order is ready to be shipped.
Special orders take 3 to 10 weeks to ship depending on their complexity.
You may purchase the stone from us or provide the stone yourself. Please be aware that while we use extreme care when setting stones, you assume the risk for the setting of your stone. We assume the risk for the setting of stones we provide. Sometimes unnoticeable weak points or preliminary fractures in the stone result in the stone cracking or breaking when being set.
We take every precaution to ensure that our quotes are accurate, it is possible that that we may make an honest mistake in our calculations or assessment of the tasks required to complete a job. In this case a revised quote may be provided. If a customer has already ordered prior to the quote revision, the customer has the option to cancel the order at this time with a 100% refund of any money paid. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the price has been miscalculated
